As an experienced YouTube user, I often feel frustrated when long videos don’t have timestamps with chapter titles
They are extremely helpful when watching educational content, because they let you quickly jump to the exact part you need at that moment.
Mission
That’s why I decided to help bloggers – and myself as a viewer – and created AI Chapter Generator, a tool that helps channel creators add chapters with timestamps to their videos, even if YouTube hasn’t generated subtitles yet.
The journey was not easy. I had to train the AI on thousands of different videos so it could learn how to create relevant timestamps with optimized titles that make navigation simple and help promote YouTube videos.
